Monthly Town Hall Assembly
On the 1st weekday of every month, Team USC gathers in person and virtually to discuss the previous month’s business activities and lay out plans and goals for the upcoming month. We recognize the winner of the monthly Outstanding Team Player Award and highlight work anniversaries.
Dress Code – Business Casual
It is important for all team members to project a professional image while at work by being appropriately attired. While we are expected to be neat, clean, and well-groomed while on the job, we all enjoy casual Fridays with a more relaxed attire.

The Tuition, Certification and Continued Professional Assistance Programs are designed to assist team members who engage in such learning opportunities for their own benefit and that of the Company.

Would your family struggle if your income was lost due to death or disability? Life and disability insurance may be important for your financial security. The company provides basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance to all eligible team members at no cost. Coverage is automatic. Team members can choose to elect additional life insurance for themselves and their family on a voluntary basis.
Flexible Spending Account
A Flexible Spending Account (“FSA”) is a program that helps you pay for health care and dependent care costs using tax free dollars. Each pay period, you decide how much money you would like to contribute to one or both accounts. Your contribution is deducted from your paycheck on a pretax basis and is put into the Health Care FSA, the Dependent Care FSA, or both. When you incur expenses, you can access the funds in your account to pay for eligible health care or dependent care expenses.
